• 12-Month Craft Warranty: If your ring shows a manufacturing defect within one year—plating irregularities, prong or channel issues, mis-set stones, loose halo, or structural faults in the interlaced shanks—we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
• Stone Security: The teal heart center, purple pavé halo, and clear channel-set accents are set for daily wear. If a stone loosens or falls due to workmanship, we’ll replace it once within the warranty window.
• Hypoallergenic Pledge: All options are nickel-free. Choose Silver-Plated base (hypoallergenic) or Solid 925 Sterling Silver with protective platinum finish. If a manufacturing-related material issue occurs, we’ll make it right.
• What’s Not Covered: Normal wear (micro-scratches, finish softening from soaps/chemicals), bent prongs or distorted shanks from impact, missizing after wear, loss/theft, or damage from improper care (water, pools, perfume, lotions, gym/impact).
• Custom/Meaningful Items: Because this ring is made to order and symbolizes awareness, it qualifies for repair or remake if defective, but not for change-of-mind returns.
• Sizing Support: If the size doesn’t fit on arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange guidance (subject to condition and availability).
• How to Start a Claim: Email us with your order number, clear photos/video, and a brief description. We’ll reply with instructions and a prepaid label where available.
